Are your products authentic?
Yes, all our products are sourced directly from artisans and farmers in Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. Each product is traceable to its village of origin and carries certifications where applicable (NPOP Organic, FSSAI).
What makes your products different from others?
Our products are handcrafted using traditional methods, sourced from pristine Himalayan regions, and carefully verified for authenticity. We maintain complete transparency in sourcing and preparation.
Do you provide certificates for organic products?
Yes, all our organic products come with NPOP organic certification. Details are mentioned in the product listing.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay via UPI or place an order through WhatsApp for manual confirmation.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept UPI payments and WhatsApp-based orders. More payment options will be available soon.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at Devtatva@zohomail.in or +91 97186 50521 if you need to modify or cancel an order. We'll do our best to accommodate requests before the order is shipped.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship pan-India. Shipping is free on orders above ₹999.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available in the near future.
